ELO HOUSE
DIVIDED INTO TWO VOLUMES, THE HOUSE MAINTAINS ITS MAIN ACCESS ON THE CENTRAL AXIS, WALKING THROUGH THE VEGETATION, IT IS POSSIBLE TO VISUALIZE AND EXPERIENCE THE DIVISION OF THE SECTORS OF THE RESIDENCE FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF VOLUMES.
A SEQUENCE OF ALUMINUM BRISES GIVES PRIVACY TO THE INTERNAL ENVIRONMENTS ON THE FIRST FLOOR, SUPPORTED BY THE DENSE VEGETATION THAT RUNS ALONG THE FAÇADE. THE SOCIAL AREA OPENS ONTO THE LAWN THAT SEPARATES THE INDOOR AREAS FROM THE SWIMMING POOL, STRATEGICALLY POSITIONED TO EMPHASIZE THE VAST LANDSCAPE.
THE UPPER VOLUME, SURROUNDED BY PLANTERS THAT RUN THE LENGTH OF THE FAÇADES, RESTS LIGHTLY ON THE FIRST FLOOR. WOODEN PANELS AND BRISES DEMARCATE THE VERTICAL PLANES OF THE UPPER FLOOR, CREATING MOVEMENT ON THE FAÇADE AND GIVING THE ARCHITECTURE EVEN MORE IDENTITY.
