TETRA HOUSE
OVERCOMING THE CONSIDERABLE GROUND LEVEL, THE TETRA LANDS ON THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF THE INTERVENTION AREA, WHERE THE PRISMA IS DIVIDED BETWEEN GARDENS THAT CREATE A BIOPHILIC EXPERIENCE FOR THE RESIDENTS, AND ALLOW THE ARCHITECTURE TO BREATHE IN THESE INTERVALS.
THE VOLUMES WERE DESIGNED IN A WAY TO PROTECT THE PRIVACY OF THE HOUSE WITHOUT NEEDING TO FORMALLY MAKE IT FORMALLY OPAQUE, BUT DIRECTING IT TO THE MAIN VIEW, AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE LANDSCAPING THAT OCCURS BETWEEN THE TEARS IN THE BLADE TO CREATE MORE SCENARIOS THAT FILTER THE PART WHICH WOULD EVENTUALLY BE EXPOSED.
THROUGH THE DIVISION OF THE TOP PRISMA, STRUCTURALLY, A FOREST OF PILLARS WOULD OCCUR IN THE PROJECT, WHICH WAS TURNED INTO FOUR PILLARS THAT START FROM THE SAME POINT, TRANSFORMING THIS TREE PILLAR INTO THE TOP BLOCK'S SUSPENSION, AND ALSO ELEVING THE HOUSE'S STRUCTURE TO AN INTRINSIC SCULPTURAL ELEMENT TO THE PROJECT.
