Casa Alva is set in Minas Gerais, near the Marimbondo Reservoir, and is organized as an elongated volume that maximizes views of the water along a 75-meter frontage.

The program is divided into distinct volumes—social spaces under a concrete roof and private suites in separate bungalows—unified by a continuous glulam structure that defines the circulation and gives the house a cohesive architectural identity.
