Casa Aria is conceived around the idea of “air” as lightness and openness, contrasted with the strength of its concrete volumes, which are shaped to frame views and channel natural light and ventilation.

Organized as a long white concrete slab that opens toward the lake, the house separates private and social functions through vertical elements, internal gardens, and circulation cores, while the ground floor is designed for leisure and large gatherings connected to the landscape and pool.
