set on a steeply sloped site, casa esguia is divided into four distinct levels, where each plateau is retained by stone walls that form guiding vectors for the prism.

the project is strategically positioned to take advantage of the view toward the green mass facing the plot — the focal point of the upper-floor suites and the integrating element of the ground level, which embraces the trees at canopy height.

the rooftop incorporates a lookout over the vegetation together with an intimate room for contemplation, reinforcing the sense of refuge within nature.
