lamina

a large 35-meter span composed of a constant rhythm of metal columns marks the articulation of the shared spaces of casa lâmina, where the garage, living and dining areas are arranged in a subtle and clean manner.

the rooms have a lower ceiling height, defined by wooden structural frames that become evident through a sloped perforated metal ceiling.

the movement of the ceiling brings subtlety to the dry construction. characterized by structural clarity, the residence combines longitudinal steel beams with perpendicular wooden frames, ensuring the necessary stability. materials elevate dry construction to its highest refinement.

the upper volume contains the suites, embraced by metal frames. they form a comfortable environment with an extremely sensitive private circulation — light, shadow, textures, inclinations, comfort, rest, barefoot living — the strong point of casa lâmina.
