panorama

casa panorama emerges from the intention to embrace the views. oriented toward the sunrise, the project opens to a beautiful field that guides key design decisions.

the strategy brings organic elements into the residence, echoing the surrounding nature and hills. formally, it is composed of a robust concrete *piano nobile* and a metal volume clad in wood that rests upon this solid base.

one of the client’s main concerns was the intensity of local sunlight, addressed by carving the concrete volume with cobogós acting like a lace filter for light, along with movable wooden panels on the upper floor.
