perene

with the intention of using the greatest extension of the plot, casa perene adopts a diagonal implantation in relation to the site boundaries. this made it possible to organize all spaces beneath an extensive exposed concrete roof, replicated in the floor, creating two strong lines in the project, while the entire volume between them is clad in charred wood.

to establish the ground level, a retaining wall was required and became a central protagonist. following golden ratio proportions, the wall begins with a gentle curve that extends until it reaches the concrete roof, subtracting the slab and forming a large central span for the social area. the proportion continues its path, concluding in the wine cellar, transforming these elements into true works of art.
