with views toward the golf course at the rear boundary of the plot, the implantation of the main volume sought to be as close as possible to it, allowing contemplation of the fairways and taking advantage of the large distance from neighboring houses.
thus, this main volume — composed of the social areas on the ground floor and the suites on the upper level — is positioned in the central portion of the site, creating two large open spaces.
in the front open area, a generous entrance garden was created with a pathway among trees and small- to medium-scale vegetation, forming a true space of transition and contemplation.
in the rear open area, with less landscaping and greater freedom of use, multiple functions become possible, bringing more dynamism to everyday life within the project.
an extensive volume of support and service spaces occupies the lateral boundary, protecting the house from neighbors while creating a service circulation independent from the main residence.
to complete the composition, a slight displacement of the upper floor in relation to the ground floor establishes a unique identity and reinforces the project’s singularity.
