luar

On Alameda Luar, the residence adapts to a steep 8-meter slope by organizing the program across three levels: social areas at the entrance, private spaces above, and service and contemplative areas in the basement connected to the landscape.

The house combines exposed concrete with warm wooden elements, using slatted facades for privacy from the street while opening fully toward nature through large transparent surfaces.
