Tetra is positioned on the highest part of a steep site, with its mass fragmented by garden voids that introduce nature into the building and enhance privacy without closing it off from the landscape.

Its structural system condenses multiple supports into sculptural “tree-like” columns that lift the upper volume, turning the structure itself into a defining architectural gesture.
